Check our tracker
If your parcel is currently within the Spring GDS network, you can track it directly here:
This tracker works directly from your barcode, so there's no need to create an account or log in.
If you’ve bought goods from an online shop and are waiting for your order to arrive, we strongly suggest you contact the seller. Spring GDS serves business customers shipping abroad and so in many cases only handles part of the delivery process. We may therefore be unable to locate a parcel as it is on the part of its journey with a different shipping partner. Here are our recommendations for how to track and trace your purchase:

Can't find your parcel above, or something doesn't look right? The store you purchased goods from always has the best overview of your order and is your main point of contact. Please get in touch with them directly; they'll be able to investigate further and liaise with shipping carriers on your behalf.
Still no luck? The website 17track combines track and trace information from multiple shipping platforms:
If your order isn't currently in the Spring GDS shipping network, 17track.net could help you find more information about your order.
Spring GDS serves business customers shipping abroad and often handles only part of the delivery process. As a result, we may be unable to locate a parcel when it is with a different shipping partner. For the most accurate tracking information, please check the tracking details provided by the seller or use a universal tracking service like 17track. Please note that once the parcel enters your country, it is often handed over to your local postal service (e.g., USPS, Royal Mail, Correos).
You can find the tracking information in the confirmation email from the seller or on the seller's website. If you can't find it, please reach out to the seller directly. Look for a barcode number often starting with two letters and ending with two letters (e.g., LZ12345678NL).
For tracking updates, it's best to get in touch with the seller from whom you purchased the item. They can provide the most accurate and up-to-date information. Spring GDS cannot discuss specific shipment details directly with consumers due to data privacy and contractual obligations with the seller.
You will need the tracking number provided by the seller. This number is usually included in the shipping confirmation email. Order numbers (e.g., #1055) usually do not work in courier tracking systems; ensure you are using the specific carrier tracking ID.
If you haven't received a tracking number, please contact the seller. They can provide you with the necessary tracking details. Check your spam folder first. Also, be aware that some economy shipping options are untracked and will not generate a tracking number.
Your parcel may be handled by multiple carriers during its journey. This is common for international shipments and helps ensure efficient delivery. Spring GDS manages the international leg, while a local partner manages the final delivery to your doorstep.
If the tracking information isn't working, please verify it with the seller. They can check the tracking number and provide further guidance. Please allow 24-48 hours after receiving the number for the first scan to appear in the system.
If your parcel is delayed, please check the tracking information for any updates. If there are no updates, contacting the seller for further assistance is recommended. International shipments often pause at "Customs Clearing" for several days; this is a normal government process and not a carrier delay.
Sometimes tracking statuses may not update immediately. If there is no update for several days, please get in touch with the seller for more information. If the status says "In Transit" or "Departed Country of Origin," the package is likely traveling via air or sea, where no scans occur until arrival.
In transit means your parcel is on its way. Pending means there might be a delay or the parcel is being processed. Delivered means the parcel has been delivered to the address provided. "Failed Attempt" means the carrier tried to deliver but no one was home; check for a collection slip.
If you received a delivery confirmation but haven't received your parcel, please check with your neighbors or contact the seller for assistance. Also, check "safe places" like porches or garages, and verify if a receptionist accepted it. Sometimes carriers mark items "Delivered" up to 24 hours before actual arrival.
If your parcel is lost or damaged, please report the issue to the seller immediately to seek a resolution. Please take photos of any damaged packaging immediately, as the seller will need these to file a claim with us.
If your parcel was returned to the sender, please contact the seller to arrange for reshipment or a refund. Common reasons include "Incorrect Address" or "Unclaimed" after the holding period. We cannot reverse a return once it is initiated.
If you missed a delivery attempt, the carrier will usually leave a notice with instructions on how to reschedule or collect your parcel. You may need to contact your local postal carrier directly to reschedule, as Spring GDS cannot control local redeliveries.
Depending on the destination, there may be additional customs duties or fees. Please check with the seller or your local customs office for more information. These fees are government taxes and are not included in the shipping costs paid to Spring GDS.
If your parcel is held at customs, you may need to provide additional information or pay duties. Please contact the seller or your local customs office for guidance. Watch your email or SMS for contact from the customs broker requesting an invoice or identification.
Changes to the delivery address or time can usually be requested through the seller or the carrier handling the delivery. Note that once a parcel is in transit, address changes are often impossible due to security protocols.
Depending on the carrier, you may be able to collect your parcel from a designated location. Please check the tracking information or contact the carrier for details. This option is managed by your local "Last Mile" carrier (e.g., your national post office), not Spring GDS.
You can confirm shipment by checking the shipping confirmation email from the seller, which usually includes tracking information. A status of "Data Received" or "Label Created" means the seller has booked the shipment but has not yet handed the parcel to us.
To report an issue with the delivery service, please contact the seller. They can assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier. As the account holder, the seller has the direct line of communication to open official investigations with Spring GDS.
If your issue isn't resolved, please contact the seller for further assistance. They can help you navigate the next steps. You may also consult the FAQ section of the local delivery partner identified in your tracking history for destination-specific issues.
